Paulenski's Alliance Tools provides web-based tools for creating, managing, and visualizing game seating charts, including:

  • Isometric grid-based seating chart creation
  • Player and building placement management
  • Coordinate system integration
  • Import/export functionality for seating chart data
  • Map screenshot and list printing capabilities

The Service is provided free of charge and is available "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service

4. User-Generated Content

Users may create and manage seating chart data using the Service. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You retain full ownership and control of your seating chart data.

You are solely responsible for any content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your seating chart data, player names, or any other information you input.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and functionality, is owned by Paulenski's Alliance Tools and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

All seating chart data is stored locally in your browser's LocalStorage. We are not responsible for any data loss due to:

  • Browser cache clearing
  • Device failure or loss
  • Browser updates or compatibility issues
  • Accidental deletion
  • Any other technical issues

We strongly recommend using the export feature to regularly save your seating chart data to your device.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
